Thank you for shopping with Unifest. We appreciate your trust and want to ensure that you have a rewarding experience while exploring and participating in college events and fests through our platform.

Cancellation and Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made through our platform, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and cancellations.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Refunds may only be issued for events that are canceled by the organizers or if there is a significant change in the event that affects your ability to participate.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or confirmation email) and a valid reason for the refund request.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Donations made through our platform are non-refundable.
  • Tickets purchased for events that have already taken place are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or personal circumstances.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect and evaluate the request based on the eligibility criteria above. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
